Delivery is free for orders over £20.
You can choose one of our set boxes, or you can pick whatever you like for your order from the fruit, veg, salad, meat, dairy, herbs & spices, bakery and food cupboard sections.
Or you can pick a set box and then top up with individual items.

Buy once, or subscribe
We deliver delicious locally grown fruit and veg boxes with minimal plastic in them to the greater Plymouth area.
You can choose one of our popular suggested boxes above or browse our full range of fruit, veg, salad, meat, fish, herbs & spices, food cupboard, bakery and dairy to create your own box.
Add as many products to your basket as you like while browsing, you can always remove them from your basket. Use the menu at the top to find your way around.
You can also chose a popular box, and then add more products to your basket from our full range if you fancy some extras.
You can also subscribe to our popular boxes weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Simply select 'just buy once' or subscribe. Alternatively you can contact us and we'll set you up a subscription that exactly fits your needs.
We deliver to the greater Plymouth area. There is no minimum order value, but if your order is less than £20 we charge a small fee of £3 to help us cover delivery costs.

Veg Box Fresh is based in Saltash and is part of the Tamar Fresh group, a family business which has been working with farmers across the South West for more than 30 years.
We cut down on food miles whenever we can and believe in the power of buying local and supporting our growers. We always buy local and in season when we can - though that might not always be possible.
We buy in bulk to cut down on packaging waste with the aim of minimising anything in plastic.
The produce on this website may change from time to time - that's because we're trying to supply what's in season.
